This hidden gem in Mexico blew my mind! The staff was friendly, the unique architecture and design were jaw-dropping, and the breakfast was mind-blowing. The comfortable rooms and spotless cleanliness were absolutely superb. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the ruins and excellent restaurants within walking distance. The wifi and cable were excellent, and the water pressure was the best I've experienced. The warm and friendly people of Cobá made the stay even more perfect, with gorgeous sunsets and lagoon views. Such an excellent place with excellent people!

The location of this hotel is perfect for a romantic escape as it is close to the main attractions and has a few nice restaurants nearby. The rooms are very clean and the friendly staff make a huge and delicious breakfast. We also loved the hammock nook attached to our room, it added a cozy touch to our stay.
We did have trouble sleeping due to the street noises and the barking dogs during the night. If you have trouble sleeping, maybe bring some earplugs to ensure a good night's rest.

Our stay at this hotel in the midst of nature was delightful. We loved being right by the lake and having easy access to the ruins as well as the little town. The staff paid close attention to detail and offered great service. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The breakfast was delicious with many options. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the minimal noise from the surroundings.
The noise from the neighborhood dogs and birds could get a bit annoying at times.

During my recent trip to Coba, I had a short transit stay at Hotel Itza Coba. The database provided accurate and helpful information about the hotel, making it easier for me to make a quick reservation. I appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, as it was the nearest option to the airport, which was approximately 123 km away.
The room I stayed in had no glass windows, only mosquito nets, causing exterior noise to disturb my sleep.

The hotel's decoration was lovely and had a charming, cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully maintained and had comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the view. As a senior woman, I really appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with ramps and elevators available for easy mobility.
I would have asked for a better vacation experience for senior people if there were more assistance available from the staff.

Stayed in a small village near the pyramids. The area was peaceful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to the lagoon and public transport. Breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. The pool was a great touch.
The tap water was undrinkable and had an unpleasant odor. No one from the staff could provide accurate information about the bus timetables.
